Elastomeric Roof Coatings

Elastomeric roof coatings are liquid-applied membranes made of acrylic or silicone.

They are extremely flexible and resistant to splitting. They are especially energy efficient, offering high reflectivity. Many elastomerics are chemical resistant, making them ideal for industrial applications.

Elastomerics have great adhesion to membrane roof systems and clean metal, but are not recommended for installation over asphalt or other coatings.
